The NetFlix service officially announced the creation of an eight-grade series "Resident Evil" based on the series of video games of the same name. The producer, Showranner and the Writer of the New Project will be Andrew Dubb, before the former Showranner and the screenwriter of the series "Supernatural". He said about the upcoming project:
"The abode of evil" is my favorite game of all time. I am incredibly pleased to tell the new chapter of this amazing story and submit the first series on this franchise. The series action will unfold in two time lines. In one fourteenth year sister, Jade and Billy Vesher moved to the town of Rakun City. The farther, the more distinct they understand that the city keeps dark secrets, and their father hides something from them. In the second time line, already thirty-year-old Jade Wesker is trying to survive in a new world, where there are billions of monsters infected with T-virus. But the secrets from the past pursue her.
The first of the series "Resident Evil" came out in 1996. More than 100 million games were sold in the world. Six films shot down based on the game, a total of 1.2 billion dollars earned, becoming the most profitable franchise based on video game.
