"Thanks to Taylor Swift for visiting the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital Hospital and for a surprise, which our patients and their families will never forget," the clinic leadership is officially reported on Facebook.
The singer spent a few hours in the hospital, taking pictures with patients with children and distributing autographs, and then published a letter written in his twitter with gratitude to the doctors, nurses and other hospital staff for their hard work.
