Graduate of the Psychological Faculty of Harvard University Natalie Portman is the mother of two children: Aleuta, 2011, and the Amalia, which is only three years old. During Quarantine Portman wrote the children's book "Basni Natalie Portman", which will go on sale on October 20. The book led classic fairy tales, such as "three piglets" and "hare and turtle", in a modern and more gender-eating key.
It was very cool to do for children a book. I really love them, and it was important for me to have a tangible form of this love, which will serve for them inspiration. I realized that books designed to my daughter are very different from books for my son. I wanted both of them to read classic stories. I needed ordinary stories with characters reflecting our world, which consists of an equal number of men and women. Therefore, I wrote such a book myself.
To the question of journalists, Li Portman was watching with children those part of the "Star Wars", in which she starred, the actress replied:
So valuable to be part of something that is important to children. I have not yet showed them films with my participation. It seems to me that they are not yet ready to perceive me somehow different from their mom. I was very lucky to be part of something that is in the imagination of every child. It is very interesting to be able to once impress my children.
